Assignment Summary
Who made all the pies? Use your artistry and craft to help Politeknik Pariwisata develop their pastry training program.

Politeknik Pariwisata/Polytechnic Tourism (Poltekpar) Makassar is the only vocational higher education institution for tourism in Eastern Indonesia. It is accredited by the National Accreditation Board of Higher Education Institutions and supported by more than 40 full time faculty members with Bachelor, Masters and PhD qualifications.

Your role will focus on developing a curriculum for Poltekpar’s pastry study program and strengthening the capacity of lectures to implement this curriculum. You will also help to develop a monitoring and evaluation system.

Your role will have a direct impact on staff and students, and help to improve the overall quality of hospitality education in Makassar.
