|Proposed Start Date||October 2017|
|Assignment Location||Phnom Penh, Cambodia|
Do you have a knack for coaching and consulting? Take part in this rare opportunity to work with a network of organisations contributing towards sustained economic and social change.
The Southeast Asian Development Program’s (SADP) vision is a world where the environment and people’s rights are respected, and their mission is to be a responsible grant maker. They provide grants and capacity support to 20 Cambodian partners NGOs and a number of programs, and require an Organisational Development Advisor to support the transition of Cambodians into management, government, and grant-making roles of SADP as expatriate staff phase out.
You will design and deliver a number of training workshops and individual coaching for SADP staff and partner NGOs on a range of topics to improve organisational effectiveness. You will also work with a select number of partner NGOs to understand their needs, develop strategies to take them forward, and provide ongoing support throughout implementation.
This assignment will contribute towards community resource security and livelihoods, and will lead to partner NGOs that can work effectively with their communities to achieve sustainable and inclusive rural development.
